This website was created in July 2003 as a resource website for Internal-medicine residents, students and attendings.  In August 2004, pda application development began on palm and pocket pc.

This server has been running on AMD based systems since 2000 currently employing a 1Ghz Athlon Thunderbird on an MSI Board. The OS has been running Linux since February 2004.  Fedora was used from February to September 2004.  Mandrake 10 was used from September 2004 to October 2005.  Currently, we are using Mandrake LE 2005.  The site has maintained uptimes well over 2 months at times since the conversion to Linux.
