Method 1: Go to your Palm Pilot and select the "Hotsync" Program.  The Palm Username is the name listed in the top right corner.  You must provide this name on the unlock screen paying close attention to Capitals, lowercase and any punctuation marks.

Method 2: Go to the Program you are interested in purchasing.  Select Register from the pull-down menu.  The Palm Username is the name listed there.  You must provide this name on the unlock screen paying close attention to Capitals, lowercase and any punctuation marks.

To Change the Hotsync Username, go your computer and open Palm Desktop.  Select "Users" from the Tools Menu and edit the Hotsync Username.  Then perform a Hotsync operation.
