Method 1:  Go to your Pocket PC and choose "Settings" from the Start Menu (main menu).  Then choose "SYSTEM" tab and then choose "about" icon.  The choose DEVICE ID tab at the bottom and then change your DEVICE ID to the name you desire.  Then press OK.   You must provide this name on the unlock screen paying close attention to Capitals, lowercase and any punctuation marks.

Method 2: Go to the Program you are interested in unlocking.  Select Register from the pull-down menu.  The  Username is the name listed.   You must provide this name on the unlock screen paying close attention to Capitals, lowercase and any punctuation marks.

How to Find the Windows Username

Follow Method 2 Above.  Record the Username and enter this on the Unlock Registration Screen for the UserName.   It will usually be the name of the computer (not user logged on)
